On this day in 1982
One of the modern-day champions of the Orthodox Faith reposed this life.
Thank you for posting this special anniversary. I am currently reading his book on the soul after death, recommended and lent to me by a priest/monk. It's obvious from his life and writings that he is the real thing. Wish we had more around like him. I echo your prayer.
"Not of This World" was the second "Orthodox" book I ever read. I didn't get the political stuff, but the spiritual depth of Fr. Seraphim was clear. Memory eternal.
